How do I find my username?

To reset your password, enter your username and click “Forgot password”
Do I need to use both the app and the desktop platform?
Is there an iOS and Android version of the app?
Which browser should I use for the desktop version?
The FE Soils app works best in Google Chrome. Other browsers, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox may not be compatible with this software.
Can a sampling team access the same account on various devices?
Yes, as long as your team is not sampling the same field. When you create a Job, you can use “Assign to”, to avoid duplicating a field.
What payment options are available?
You can make payment via Visa, Mastercard or American Express. If you require support with payment, please contact the FE Soils Help Desk at fesoils.helpdesk@farmersedge.ca
Where do I find shipping documents after I place my order?
Go to the Jobs tab, the Shipping PDF will be listed in the field line under the status column. Click Open & Print. This document should go in the box with the samples.
I have mailed my soil samples to Farmers Edge Laboratories, when will I see the results show up on my account?
It takes 5 to 7 days for the results to appear on your account. If you have any questions, contact the FE Soils Help Desk at: fesoils.helpdesk@farmersedge.ca

Can I reopen a Job after I close it?
Once the job is closed, you cannot re-open. Contact the fesoils.helpdesk@farmersedge.ca for assistance.
