Set up your account online first. Then use the mobile app when you are ready to sample in the field.

Create your online account

Use the desktop portal to create your account, manage jobs and view results. Your account must be created there before you can sign in to the app.

The process in 10 steps

Follow these in order, from account setup through prescriptions.

PLAN · STEPS 1–4

  1. Create an accountSet up your account in the online portal, then download the app.Open the complete guide ↗
  2. Order suppliesGet sample bags, a soil probe and other supplies through the desktop portal.Open the complete guide ↗
  3. Define farms and fieldsName your farms and fields and draw field boundaries. Desktop setup is recommended.See the field setup walkthrough ↗

SAMPLE · STEPS 5–7

  1. Prepare to sampleBring sample bags, a probe, phone, safety gear and a plastic bucket.Open the complete guide ↗
  2. Collect and record samplesFollow the app to each point. Record each sample and match its number to the bag.Open the complete guide ↗
  3. Review, close and syncCheck your entries, close the job and select Synchronize in the app.Open the complete guide ↗

RESULTS · STEPS 8–10

Before closing a job: Verify every entry. A closed job cannot be edited. Select Synchronize afterward so your data uploads for processing.
